Welcome to Bellissima Voi. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure transparency, protect both parties, and maintain fairness throughout all transactions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services. Bellissima Voi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and all updates will take effect upon being posted on this page.

2. Use of Website & Prohibited Conduct

Bellissima Voi is intended for personal, lawful shopping only. Users agree not to:
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Manipulate product information
• Copy or steal images, designs, or branding
• Interfere with website functionality
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate service for any harmful or suspicious behavior.

3. Product Accuracy & Display

We aim to display all products—colors, textures, styles, and measurements—as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and device differences. Such variations do not qualify as defects. Sizing and fit can vary depending on body shape and personal preference.

4. Product Availability

All items are subject to stock availability. Due to high demand or technical issues, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will inform you and offer a replacement, store credit, or item cancellation. We reserve the right to adjust product details or discontinue items without prior notice.

5. Pricing, Payment & Billing Accuracy

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices may change due to supplier updates, promotions, or system adjustments.
Accepted payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
Bank transfer orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed. In case of pricing or billing errors, Bellissima Voi may correct or cancel orders before shipment.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the name, address, phone number, and delivery instructions provided are accurate. Delays, misdeliveries, or returned parcels due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

Delivery Time: 3–10 business days
We use trusted third-party couriers for islandwide delivery. Once parcels are handed over to the courier, delays or transit issues fall under courier responsibility. Bellissima Voi will assist with tracking but cannot be held liable for delays, lost items, or damages caused during handling.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Customers choosing COD must be available to receive and pay for the package. Refused COD orders cause losses to the business; therefore, repeat offenders may be blacklisted. Courier fees resulting from COD misuse may be recovered legally.

9. Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Bellissima Voi allows exchanges only, not refunds.
Eligibility:
• Within 7 days
• Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained
• No perfume, makeup marks, or wear
• All tags + original packaging intact
Rejected if:
• Worn
• Make-up stained
• Damaged or stretched
• Missing tags
Exchanges for size/preference require the customer to pay return shipping. If replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Defective/wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

10. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Accessories
• Sale items
• Items purchased during promotions (if mentioned)
• Items returned without tags
• Items used/worn
• Items used for photoshoots or events

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made. We reserve the right to cancel any order involving incorrect customer information, stock issues, or policy misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

All content—including photos, text, designs, branding, logos, and layout—is owned by Bellissima Voi. Unauthorized copying, screenshots for resale, or imitation is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by courier delays, wrong customer details, color differences, wrong size selection, customer misuse, or improper garment care. Liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased item.
