At Bellissima Voi, every product is crafted with care. If something isn’t perfect, we offer a smooth and customer-friendly exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges accepted within 7 days if the item is:
• Unworn & unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, perfume, or damage
• In original condition with tags
• In original packaging

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Accessories
• Sale items
• Used/worn items
• Items with missing tags
• Damaged items
• Items used for shoots/events

3. Exchange Options

We offer:
• Size exchanges (stock permitting)
• Product exchanges of equal value
• Store credit (valid 30 days)
No cash refunds.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:
• Inform us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos or videos
• We will issue a replacement or store credit

5. Exchange Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping for general exchanges
• Faulty or incorrect items: we cover reshipment charges

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Before dispatch, contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are normal and not considered defects.

8. Final Decision Clause

Bellissima Voi reserves the right to approve or decline exchanges after inspecting the returned item.
